• p.20-21 10-year baseline: "The baseline qualifying period for settlement for most migrants is increased from 5 years to 10 years."
• p.21-22 Table 2 - Reductions: High Earner (£50,270+ for 3 years): -5 years; Max Earner (£125,140+ for 3 years): -7 years; C1 English: -1 year; Volunteering: -3 to -5 years
• p.22 Table 3 - Penalties: Public funds <12 months: +5 years; Public funds ≥12 months: +10 years; Serious breach: +20 years
• p.21 Single adjustment rule: "Only one of the listed considerations (i.e. the one that causes the largest reduction/increase) would be applied."
• p.21 English requirement: "The applicant must be able to evidence that they meet English language requirements, which will be at B2 level."
• p.20 Fixed routes: Family (5 years), BN(O) (5 years), Global Talent/Innovator (3 years) retain fixed timelines.
